I haven't seen anyone make an impassioned plea for /etc/fstab yet.  I'm
not convinced that this would actually simplify life for our customers
or for net users.  I *do* know that I don't like the idea of setting
some kind of CYGROOT environment variable to specify where root is.
Possibly making it == SystemRoot by default might be ok but...

I think a better mount program is what we really need but I'm still
willing to be convinced.
