I don't think you can get sources of 4DOS, but `bash' is a GNU program, and as such, its sources are by definition freely available. You can get the sources of the DJGPP port here: ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2gnu/bsh1147s.zip (or from any other SimTel.NET mirror).
