Isn't a bug, just enable "Optimal Fill" and you'll get what you are looking for
(you or wherever have this problem)!

There are a really damage or is just a visible thing, what happends if you
leave the IDE and reloads?

First: try using RHIDE 1.1 downloaded from the Robert's site (don't trash the
old!).
And yes I saw the "numero 2" but is outside of my scope because is something
related to the core of RHIDE, I'll discuse that with Robert, but I guess that
this was fixed on 1.1.
