A bug? a feature?, I don't know, but if you want to do that just go to
Options|Directories|Sources and add e:\foo to the list (I guess your list is
empty, the separator is ; ). That's because RHIDE doesn't save the path of the
files in the project (that's allow to move the project to other directory
without problems, or move files to different directories to keep the things
clean, etc) and that's a feature.
