Nope. Windoze does NOT run under dosemu.Sorry :)

Yes. You have LILO. You will be prompted with a choice of OS's and you
can choose the one you like.You have to configure it first, though.

It depends on your needs. You can boot a functional kernel from a floppy
and a full install would be aroung 500 MBs (AFAIK). 200-300 should be
fine for starting with it. You want at least Xwindows and programming
tools etc + space for users (you, that is).
