in the info directory, there should be a file called `dir'  no extension,
just dir.  This file is what you see when you type info.  Here is a part
of my dir.  You should be able to see how to add new .inf files.

* Menu:

* diff: (diff.inf).
	GNU diff, cmp, and patch

* DJGPPFAQ: (djgppfaq.inf).
	The DJGPP faq in info format

As you can see, I have added the DJGPPFAQ.INF to the
dir.  just type whatever description you want, and then the
file name in parentheses.  Easy!
