Is there a way to change an .avi movie to a fli/flic. I want to
use directx and djgpp, but unfortunatly I can't. However, I found the
allegro library (not found but finally decided to try it out) and it is
great. It provides pretty much device independent coding (with the
autodetect) for both video and sound (I don't want to here how
non-device independent it is in replies). I am trying to make a huge 3d
game RPG that is totally dynamic, and thanks to the dlm lib, I can.
But anyways, directx still allows the ability to create .avi's
using their animation frames, and directx is still the #1 games library
on my list. So I decided to make a Ms-Dos, flat-memory game with a
little directx mixed in. Thanks for all your time.
