I wonder if anyone in this group has any experience with compiling
TNOS with DJGPP. 

TNOS is a ham-radio packet program that has been around for years and
is now being compiled using djgpp.

A few of us hams are not programmers and have problems recompiling it
to include/exclude various options available and the version available
has a few problems of it's own anyway.

The guys using tnos appear to be Linux gurus and more than djgpp gurus
so I hope someone can help with a few queries.

No.1 problem is getting a make file to work correctly.

When doing ' make doeverything' or 'make clean' or 'make applypatch' I
get the following message, from the doc's I think I have everything
setup correctly, eg if I do 'go32-v2' I appear to get the right
response.

The msg I get is :

Usage: echo [-o file] [-a file] [-s] [-n] args.....
Make.exe: *** [depend] Error 1

Could someone point me in the right direction what to look for ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
