Well,
in simtel under msdos/graphics there are
jpeg6a.zip, 190777 byte - precompiled bins
jpegsr6a.zip, 672104 byte - src
There is also
msdos/turbopas/pasjpg10.zip 343311 pascal src, never tried with djPas
but is perfect under Turbo Pascal.
The .tar.gz is the *nix version, it compiles without any problem on my
Linux box, on Solaris and Sun but I never tried with DJGPP.
Bye

In Italy for 30 years under the Borgias they had warfare, terror, murder,

In Switzerland they had brotherly love -- they had 500 years of
democracy and peace, and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock.
