I cant get emacs to run. Everytime I run it it prints

Warning: arch-dependent data dir (c:/dev/djgpp/gnu/emacs/bin/) does not
exist.
Warning: arch-independent data dir (c:/dev/djgpp/gnu/emacs/etc/) does not
exist.

Warning: Lisp directory `c:/dev/djgpp/gnu/emacs/lisp' does not exist.

Then I'm just thrown back to an ms-dos prompt.
I set LFN=y before I run it, and I did unzip with WinZip and maintained
directory structure.

The files I downloaded are:
em1934b.zip
em1934r1.zip
em1934r2.zip
em1934r3.zip

Thank You,
