the lates release is at ftp.xylogics.com and is called pdcurs23.zip or
pdcurs23b.zip. it is in a beta subdirectory, but is fully stable an
works fine in DJGPP, watcom, bcc (yecch), msC (doubleyecch), zortech,
etc...

the xylogics server may have evaporated, so try
http://ftpsearch.ntnu.no/ftpsearch

do a regex search for pdcurs23.* and you will get 4 location where it
can be found.
