Seems quite possible. Windows NT objects to probably quite a lot of the
stuff Allegro does. For instance, I think the timer gets all wonky there. NT
quite rightly disallows most low-level hardware access. I think that the
Allegro for Windows works under Windows NT, so try it if you are desperate.
I could be wrong, though.
