The complete list of DJGPP distribution sites can be found on the main
DJGPP web site: http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/. The page entitled
"Getting DJGPP" lists a few SimTel sites; the full list is in chapter
3.1 of the FAQ (http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/v2faq/faq014.html).

The latest version of DJGPP is v2.01; please start by getting and
reading the file 'v2/readme.1st', which lists all the packages and tells
you what you need to download, how to install it, and how to get
started. The Frequently Asked Questions list (v2/faq210b.zip or online
at above URL) is a valuable resource that you should get used to
reading. :)

Good luck!
