This package allow the display of Chinese, Japanese, Korean characters
and many others WITHOUT BREAKING THE COMPATIBILITY.
It uses the Unicode standart version 1.1 for the encoding format and the
HBF format for the font.
The package modify the allegro.h, gui.c, text.c and add the Uni_txt.c,
Uni_txt.h files.
It comes with :
   - a font directory containing a 16x16 font and an index table. The
font contains about 28000 characters
   - a 'lang' directory contains some text files in unicode format.

What you Need :

This package works with Allegro 2.2. I never try with other version.
I will update it to Allegro 3.

How it works ?

After you load some files and set-up some variables, the text & gui
functions still work as before.
