If you refer to the Allegro FAQ (in the docs directory) you'll see
that you need to have the C++ extensions to djgpp to be able to
compile that version of Allegro. Either download these extensions (two
files, as detailed in readme.1st), use a Work In Progress version of
Allegro (see the Allegro homepage), or build Allegro without the setup
program (`make -k'). In the latter case, it will also carry on
regardless of any other errors that occur, which could be annoying.
