Set these two variables in the environment, by whatever method that
OS/2 has to set variables in the environment of the DOS box.

After you set these two, DJGPP should work.  If it doesn't, post the
details here.  The DJGPP FAQ list (v2/faq210b.zip from the same place
you get DJGPP) has solution to most common problems, so it's a good
idea to look there first.
