Well, yes, that's the answer. I see there are references to network
libraries in section 22.2, and presumably Winsock and suchlike will be added
to that. I was thinking along the lines of a section with the question,
"Where are socket.h, etc?" for people who don't really know that they need a
network library, and just know that the headers aren't there.
