Nuts. I was hoping to be silent forever, but I seem to have jumped the
gun. (gnu?) Anyways, I thought I had the problem under control. My first
program compiled successfully. But all is not well. I thought when a
program is compiled a <filename>.obj is created. I couldn't find one. So I
went to the docs. Followed step by step. Made the hello.c program, and got
to the point where it says select run from the menu. But run is not a
hi-lighted option! All I want to do is say Hello World <whimper>
