You must think it in the following way:
This dialog is to set the DEFAULT options, not the values for the current
editor (this dialog is missing in RHIDE, is the ALT-L of my editor). So OK is
"yes use it as defaults". To All means: "Use it as defaults AND set ALL the
editor with these values". Why Cancel fails? I don't know I must check it.

I don't understand it. It works! Just a hint: To debug Allegro programs safetly
disable the Allegro mouse before stoping the program (unhook the mouse or never
initialize it).
