Dear Shawn:

Is it possible that somehow I got ahold of a download of Allegro 3.0 WITH
THE NEW WIP INSTALLED?

I remember a some nights ago in the late hours I thought I should take a
good look at your page in England, and so I did. At that time is when I
found the WIP, but I could have also downloaded a Version 3.0 from
there--I'm not sure.

Anyway is it possible that your new WIP does not like to be installed upon
ITSELF? I am sure the Version I had at that time was the very latest I
could get my hands on.

Maybe I already have the patch installed in my version. Is there a clue
somewhere that would indicate just what version (including) patches I have?
