Hi,
Here're the answers:
1. Yes, DJGPP and GNU-Win32+Mingw32 can coexist on the
same system (you just have to set PATH)
2. If you want to make Mingw32 work first you have to install
GNU-Win32. Mingw32 is a tool that lets you link your win32
programs with M$ C run-time lib that comes with win32 instead of
cygwin.dll .
