Shouldn't that be in \djgpp\include or \djgpp\lang\cxx or something like that?
If you really want it in your main djgpp directory, make sure it's part of the
search path used for include files. Add "-I C:\djgpp" to your command line, I
think. Or use RHIDE and add it to the list of include directories.
