Lamentably there is no mirrors for the beta.
The bad thing is that iNet is complex net and sometimes works very bad. I 
remmember that one time it took me 2 days and 12 tries to download one of the 
betas and other time I got them pretty fast.

Try using GetRight or a similar program, if TU_Chemnitz supports retries you'll 
be able to download it by parts.
