This is not correct, at least for the DJGPP port of gcc and gpp. They
require a development environment in order to function properly. The
core of the compiler is djdev201, gcc280b, and bnu281b. To get C++, add
gpp280b and lgpp280b. All of the files in these packages work
together. In a literal sense, DJGPP is not a compiler but a development
environment. gcc is the actual compiler.
