No! 0xB3 is the side of a box, the character you need is 0x7C and I guess is
somewhere in your keyboard. I guess you are using a german one, in the USA
keyboards is SHIFT+BACK_SLASH and the position depends on the keyboard
manufacturer.

Try giving 65536 Kb.

Seems your mailer is encoding the text is some strange way, I got the or
charcater insted of "apostrofes".

Don't call CWSDPMI if you are using WIN95!!! delete the lines in autoexec.bat
and dosstart.bat!!
