There's only one version: the latest one.  I guess you used an ftp
site whcih doesn't mirror the main SimTel.NET archive very well.  The
DJGPP FAQ list includes a list of official mirrors; please use one of
them.  Here are the French sites from that list:

Neuilly, France:
     ftp.grolier.fr, directory /pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp

Paris, France:
     ftp.ibp.fr, directory /pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp

There's no way to know about every ftp site that holds stale versions
of DJGPP.

You couldn't know; I don't blame you.  I'm just suggesting that you
don't use that site for getting DJGPP.  It is obviously out-of-date.
