>How can I put a 80x50 text mode with (or without) allegro 3.0 You can get the 80x50 text mode and some others with external libraries. You can check Wazoo at http://welcome.to/gogosoftware/ >another question > >How can I detect if the printer is available for printing, I can print but >cannot detect when it's on. I use this code: I guess it's impossible. Have you noticed when you try printing something in W95 and the printer is off? The OS waits like 3 to 4 minutes (depends on printer) and then if it sees the print queue is still the same size, notifies the user to check if the printer is online or has any other problem (i.e lack of paper). But hopefully this will change with the USB. - Grzegorz Adam Hankiewicz - gah AT jet DOT es - http://web.jet.es/gregorio/ - Gogosoftware - http://welcome.to/gogosoftware/
