You can take a look at SciTech MegaGraphics Library, it provides
transparent support for DirectX, OpenGL, etc. under several platforms
and DJGPP too (I think you should recompile it using RSXNTDJ). I don't
use RSXNTDJ so I can't help with recompiling under it but under plain
DJGPP's GCC 2.8.0 it compiles and works well, even OpenGL!
