When you write an Allegro program in RHIDE, go to Options|Libraries,
type "alleg" into one of the boxes, and check it.  This instructs RHIDE
to link the Allegro library when you compile.  Assuming that the Allegro
build and installation was successful, the library will be found and
used.

Oh, and make sure to #include <allegro.h>.
