I'm having problem compiling with djgpp...

when I run gcc "filename".c -o "filename".exe

I get a message telling me that there is an error in djgpp installation and
that the environment djgpp is not defined!!

what shall I do??

Cause I did everything by the book....I d/l C and C++..
unzip all the files, and changed my autoexec.bat
And I ran go32-v2.exe...didn't get any problems there....
I have win98....
