PMFJI, but I have to say how pleased I am with how EMACS runs from windows.
From the little experience I have had doing this it appears to me that you
will have no trouble with <EMACS> under windows--it is how the debugging
goes that may be a problem. In a way EMACS under windows can be used as a
IDE in Windows (I wish Eli would comment on to what extent this is true).
