I have been looking for a win gui ide and was told to try emacs. well
i went to http://www.gnu.org/ and into stanfords ftp. i crawled around
the site for a while, but no where did i see a windows version (i did
see winnt mentioned). I ended up reading a file list and down load all
the required and recommended files:
em1934b.zip Binaries and minimal runtime support, required
em1934r1.zip Full runtime support (1 of 3), required
em1934r2.zip Full runtime support (2 of 3), required
em1934r3.zip Full runtime support (3 of 3), required
em1934l1.zip Elisp sources (1 of 3), recommended
em1934l2.zip Elisp sources (2 of 3), recommended
em1934l3.zip Elisp sources (3 of 3), recommended
These turn out to be the dos files I guess. Attached is the msdos
window i get. Can someone point me to the windows gui version please?
Man that site is a cluster.
