Read README.1ST again.  This is normally caused by not having your PATH
environment variable set correctly.  Check DJGPP and LFN as well, or
that'll be the next problem you have.

If, after that, it still doesn't work, post your AUTOEXEC.BAT and the
output of the command `SET'.
