This almost certainly indicates that switching to CF_OEMTEXT will solve these problems. DOS programs (such as RHIDE) that want their clipboard data be read correctly by Windows GUI programs (such as Netscape) need to use CF_OEMTEXT, while CF_TEXT will work just fine between two DOS programs (such as RHIDE and COMMAND.COM).
