It is being worked on, and will probably be released quite soon.

However, please note that EGCS is somewhat less stable than GCC: it
includes some advanced and experimental features that were not tested
in previous GCC releases.  In particular, it uses much more memory
during optimizations (sometimes an order of magnitude more).

Also, you *must* carefully read and religiously follow the
installation instructions distributed with EGCS (something many DJGPP
users seem to not be able to do--no offence ;-), otherwise you will
wreak a total havoc on your DJGPP installation.

It's your call.
