I don't think so, and making this available is probably not worth the time
and effort.
What I suggest is you grab the RHIDE sources (from one of the stable,
standard distributions, like rhide14s.zip), then implement your feature and
submit the diff's to Robert for him to add in if he thinks it is worthwhile.
The only time when it might be useful for RHIDE to implement 'plug-ins'
would be if hundreds of people wanted to write different features that not
everybody really wants (like Netscape plug-ins). I don't think this is
happening presently.
