The instuctions in the package describe how to set it up, and the FAQ covers
the basic problems you may have.

As for a Win API tutorial - I'd love to have one too! It seems that
everything assumes you know how to use the API. I can't seem to find
anything oriented at the beginner on the net, but http://www.r2m.com/windev/
looks like a pretty good place to explore.
