It "deals with" it by avoiding it; unzip386 has no LFN support, which is
what you want on NT.  But it's built with an old version of DJGPP
(v1.x), which allows it to run without a DPMI server installed, but
perhaps is incompatible with NT.  Try PKUNZIP.
