A little help on the Dos shell please.
After I run a file from inside of Rhide, my small programs
occasionally run so quickly that I don't get to see any program
results on the screen. I can sometimes go to the "user window" to see
what happened, but in most cases if I am passing arguments to main() I
need to go to the Dos Shell. Right?
When I go into Dos Shell from the File menu (using Rhide 1.4) usually
it works fine, and I can get back into Rhide by typing EXIT (or exit)
at the C:> prompt. However, occasionally I get a message from RHIDE -
"Are you sure you want to interrupt RHIDE". I usually say "no".
Also, sometimes when switching over to the Dos Shell, the screen stays
Grey, instead of turning to Black, with White lettering. I most often
get the "Interrupt" message when this occurs.
Just curious - am I using Dos Shell correctly? Am I exiting the Shell
correctly?
BTW, I have sometimes made the mistake of getting RHIDE running inside
of the RHIDE Dos Shell, but I don't do that anymore, so that is not
the reason.
thanks!
Stuart
