Subject: [ANNOUNCE] GNU Autoconf 2.13
Reply-To: djgpp AT delorie DOT com

This is to announce that the DJGPP port of autoconf 1.3 is now
available from Simtel.net mirrors:

ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2gnu/acnf213b.zip
ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2gnu/acnf213s.zip
ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2gnu/acnf213d.zip

Included in the port are three packages:

acnf213b.zip - The scripts plus documentation in INFO format.
acnf213s.zip - The sources including DJGPP specific patches.
acnf213d.zip - Documentation in HTML, Postscript, and other formats.

What is Autoconf? Here's the answer given in the Autoconf
documentation:

"Autoconf is a tool for producing shell scripts that automatically
configure software source code packages to adapt to many kinds of
UNIX-like systems. The configuration scripts produced by Autoconf are
independent of Autoconf when they are run, so their users do not need
to have Autoconf."

Please read 'readme.djgpp' in the source and binary archives for
DJGPP specific information.
