Nothing is "planned" for DJGPP.  There are a number of factors, two of
which are:

* DJGPP relies on Cygnus and the FSF to provide many of the GNU tools
  included in djgpp.  This includes the compiler, where many of the
  c9x changes will be.

* Changes in the runtime libraries (djdev) rely on volunteers who take
  the time to make the changes.  If nobody feels it's important enough
  to warrant doing the changes themselves, it probably won't get done.
