I wrote shell script djconfig.sh that is included in source
distribution of GNUPLOT-3.7 and also mentioned in file 0install.
It was very recent addition but short instructions are included.

I haven't met problems to build it using DJGPP-2.02 both with and without
LFN support
I have tried './djconfig.sh' with following 'make' in
- DOS session under Win95 with LFN support
- plain DOS (without LFN of course)
- DOSEMU-0.99.5 under Linux-2.2.0-pre*
I haven't met problems to build GNUPLOT-3.7.
Today I tried also DJGPP-2.01 (I wrote running installation on CD
slightly more than half a year ago) in DOSEMU-0.99.5 running under
Linux-2.2.0-final (no LFN support). I met no problems.
