I am a (German) newbie to C++ (from Turbo Pascal) and need a tutorial, reference or a good book about C++ and DJGPP. There are many tutorials on the net, but is there a tutorial for off-line reading? Telekom is so expensive... I don't need information WHEN and WHY to use objects. I only need the HOW.
