This is very fustrating... Please help me! Here's the problem... I am making tiles in Adobe Photo Shop 5.0. These tiles are stored as 24 bit BMP files. Yet, when I try to make a .dat file with the grabber that comes with Allegro 3.0, it always crashes when I try to read in the BMP's. Oddly enough, the BMP files that came with windows as screen backgrounds and screen tiles all work just fine. I must be doing something incorrectly, but what? Any suggestions on how I might be able to fix this problem? I'd really appriciate any help you have to offer. Thank you! reply E-mail: alleycat AT fclass DOT net
