I've just discovered DJGPP and would like to use it for a project that
must talk
to a IBM card through IO address 0x300 ( or similar)  No interrupts are
required.

If this needs to run in a dos BOX in Windows, can you do this with
DJGPP ?
I know talking directly to hardware is supposed to be a problem in
Windows
environments.
