Screensavers for '9x and nt have to be windoze apps,
so with djgpp and allegro you will have to download
RSXNTDJ, and winallegro.  Then there is some stuff that
you need to do additionally for it to have true screen
saver functionality.  This can be found at
http://classic.physiol.cam.ac.uk/scr/
(Don't know whether that link is still good.  Last time
I went there was > 1 year ago.)
