Do you *have* to use v2.11?  If so, I don't know what to do.

But if you can settle for a later version, look in the DJGPP FAQ list, 
section 22.8, which points you to a cross-compiler kit that runs on 
DOS/Windows and produces 68k code.

The FAQ is available as v2/faq211b.zip from the same place you get
DJGPP.
