The same is true about any Windows user.  You've got a system whose
complexity is mind-boggling, whose internals are notoriously
undocumented, and whose undocumented ``secrets'' has spawned a whole
bunch of thick books.

I'm at a loss how people can call *this* ``user-friendly''.
