I think this may be listed in the djgpp faq...not sure, but it's definitely
a frequently asked question. =P  You need to rename
c:\djgpp\lang\cxx\streambu.h to c:\djgpp\lang\cxx\streambuf.h  (or whatever
streambuf.h may be truncated to).  If you used pkunzip (16-bit version) to
unzip the file, then the filename gets truncated.  You may also have to mess
with the LFN=  setting in djgpp.env
