Normally it is not a problem, but it is importend that you have the right path
settings for example :

SET PATH=C:\cplus\DJGPP\BIN;C:\wdos;%PATH%
PATH C:\NCDOS;%PATH%
mode con cp prepare=((850) C:\WDOS\EGA.CPI )
mode con cp select=850
KEYB GR,,C:\WDOS\KEYBOARD.SYS
C:\dos\mouse\mouse
SET TEMP=C:\DOS
C:\cplus\djgpp\setdjgpp c:\cplus\djgpp c:/cplus/djgpp
